2025 Umatilla County Fair Court

The Fair Court Princesses are a major part of the Umatilla County Fair and an honored tradition. These young ladies work hard all year round representing the Umatilla County Fair throughout NE Oregon & SE Washington, while learning and growing as young adults.

We're honored to be able to highlight the achievements of these young women.

Princess Keegin Keely

Princess Jaelie Ruiz

Princess Sarah Sepulveda

Princess Keegin Keely

Grade 11, Hermiston, OR

Participating in the Umatilla County Fair runs in Princess Keegin's blood.  Her grandfather is a past fair board director and her grandparents, UCF Grand Marshals.  Her father and uncle both showed livestock while in 4-H & FFA.  As she continued in their foot steps through 4-H & FFA, she also had hopes of becoming a UCF Princess.  Keegin shines in leadership roles as she has served as chair of the Educational Activities Committee and Treasurer of her FFA chapter.  When Keegin isn't busy working or with FFA, she enjoys other community outreach programs such as visiting elementary school classes and helping to teach them about agriculture.  Keegin's aspirations don't stop there as she hopes to become a therapist and advocate for those that are struggling.  Keegin always has a smile on her face and even received the Miss Smiley Award.  We are very excited to have Keegin on the Fair Court this year and can't wait to see what wonderful things she brings to the UCF.

Princess Jaelie Ruiz

Grade 10, Hermiston, OR

Princess Jaelie has attended the UCF for as long as she can remember.  Jaelie grew up watching the fair court princesses and has always admired how they represent themselves and the fair.  Jaelie has always known she would be a great fit for the Fair Court with her positive energy, integrity, compassion and respect.  Jaelie holds herself to the highest standard as evident by the many academic awards she has received in reading and math.  He has also completed college level courses while attending high school.  Her leadership skills have stood out as Cheer Captain at her previous high school.  When she is not working hard on her academics she enjoys photography, camping, riding dirt bikes fruit picking, hiking and playing soccer.  She is also a part of the Fellow Christian Athlete and Key Club.  Jaelie plans on graduating high school with her associates degree and continuing her education at University of Tennessee, majoring in Psychology and Criminology. We can't wait to see what this young lady's future has in store.

Princess Sarah Sepulveda

Grade 11, Hermiston, OR

Princess Sarah has shown swine in 4-H at the UCF for seven years.  She has worked hard in school, earning a 4.0 GPA and participating in a teaching academy through Eastern Oregon University.  Sarah is active in soccer, and loves to pursue leadership opportunities such as becoming soccer captain.  By becoming soccer captain she has been able to motivate her team and encourage collaboration.  She has also mentored younger players in kids' soccer church camp, organizing drills and creating a positive environment for learning.  Sarah enjoys all aspects of teaching and hopes to attend Eastern Oregon University after high school to become a high school science teacher.  Sarah looks forward to the community engagement and local events she will be able to participate in while representing the Umatilla County Fair.  We too look forward to having this young lady on the Fair Court.

Chaperones with the 2024 Princesses

UCF Court Chaperone Jessica Cutburth

This may be Jessica's first year as the official chaperone of the 2025 Fair Court but she is no novice.  Jessica spent last year training with the previous chaperone, attending every single event.  She has also had two daughters participate on the Umatilla County Fair Court as well, so she knows first hand what it takes to help these young ladies thrive and succeed in their roles.
