The Umatilla County Fair does not own or manage the property that the fair/rodeo are located on outside of the 6 weeks surrounding the fair (3 weeks prior, fair week and 2 weeks following the fair).  The EOTEC grounds and facilities are owned and managed by the City of Hermiston and leased to the UCF for the annual county fair.  If you are wanting to inquire about rentals, overnight camping, horse stalls, the event center, the rodeo grounds, barns or parking lot, please call the Eastern Oregon Trade & Event Center at (541) 289-9800 or click on the link below to be redirected to their website.
